Comprises drawings for a country house, by Otto Koenigsberger, produced as part of his studies at the Berlin Technische Hochschule, c1931. The drawings are in ink, on tracing paper, and consist of an exterior perspective view and a ground and a first floor plan, both the plans at a scale of 1:50. All sheets bear a perforated stamp of the Berlin Technische Hochschule and are signed by Koenigsberger and counter-signed by tutor, Hans Poelzig. The sheets are undated.
