An exhibition of the work of AA alumnus Benjamin Reynolds (AAdipl(hons) 2012) and Valle Medina (Pa.LaC.E) has opened at Ausstellungsraum Klingental, Basel, Switzerland. The exhibition, titled ‘Granfather’s Axe’, alludes to the philosophical concept of Theseus’ Ship, asking questions about the identity we ascribe to objects. Their piece concerns the reconstruction of proto-political space – a lavoir – made of textile washed in the banks of the River Rhine.

The exhibition is open until 15 November 2020.
