The RIBA Stirling Prize 2025, whose jury was chaired this year by AA Director Ingrid Schroder, has been awarded to Witherford Watson Mann (WWM) for their Appleby Blue Almshouse in Bermondsey, south London, which provides social housing to residents over the age of 65.
