AA tutor Daryan Knoblauch awarded second prize for the Architectural Competition of the European Cultural Capital of Europe

MPhil Projective Cities tutor and AA alumnus Daryan Knoblauch has been awarded the second prize for the Architectural Design competition of the European Cultural Capital 2022. Knoblauch’s proposal foresees a public installation to reanimate Place des Alliés im Differdange, Luxembourg. The stainless-steel tribune is planned for one of the central squares of Differdange and formulates itself as a semi-circular platform that creates a mobile space of expression, speech and performance.
