Every year the architectural Magazine Architectural Record publishes a list of ten emerging practices whose work places them at the vanguard of architectural culture. The 2020 list includes the firm Space Popular, led by Lara Lesmes and Fredrik Hellberg, who lead Diploma Unit 2: The Civic Programme. Their recent projects include the Brick Vault House in Valencia, Spain, and the FREESTYLE Exhibition at the RIBA.
