Admin History: The recording is of the 10th lecture in the series entitled 'Where is Everyday Life?', given by Mark Cousins as part of the AA Open Lecture series, 2012-2013. Although no lecture title is specified in the AA Events List, Mark Cousins provides the title in his opening comments. Mark Cousins discusses the complicated category of the leftover - a remnant that cannot be used. In this lecture, he proposes that the leftover is a subjective dimension, beyond and outside a category. It is a persistent condition and plays a significate role in the definition of everyday life.
