Admin History: The recording is of the 6th lecture in the series entitled 'Where is Everyday Life?', given by Mark Cousins as part of the AA Open Lecture series, 2012-2013. The lecture title is provided verbally during the lecture. In this lecture, Mark Cousins questions as to the region where the joy of everyday life is located. He proposes it is to be found outside of architecture but in and around buildings, placing this argument in relation to discussions over 'the vernacular' in language and linguistics

Custodial History: Original recording (format unknown) was made by the AA Audio Visual Department and a digital copy (.iso format) has been retained on the department's servers since c2013.
