Are you interested in the intersection between art, science, and technology?
Join us at the Architectural Association on Saturday 3 June for a free one-day workshop for year 9, 10 and 11 students from under-represented backgrounds who are interested in exploring a career in architecture or engineering.
The workshop includes one full day of skills-based exercises, informative discussions and building tours with architecture students, professional practitioners and special guests.
This interactive workshop asks you to explore the themes of scale, order and time and how they influence the world around us as understood through the immersive exhibition at the AA: The Order of Time. The workshop will ask participants to observe their surroundings and respond creatively using photography and film to zoom in and out to gain a different view.
DETAILS: Saturday 3 June, Architectural Association, 36 Bedford Square, London, 10am–4pm. For more information or to apply, fill out the application form or email siraaj@open-city.org.uk.
