Brett Steele gives a short presentation that asks a series of questions in relation to architecture and magazines. Stefano Boeri and Hans Ulrich Obrist respond by presenting a series of suggestions, ideas and projects as triggers for a further conversation that considers how the presentation, publication and documentation of research on the contemporary city operates within architectural culture and its discourses. Introduced and moderated by Shumon Basar. Stefano Boeri is editor of Domus, as well as an architect and urban planner. His research is centred around the interface of architecture, urbanism and the European City, and has been published as USE: Uncertain States of Europe. Hans Ulrich Obrist has curated numerous exhibitions worldwide. Since 1993 he has run the programme 'Migrateurs' at the Muse d'Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris, and has been a curator for the Museum In Progress, Vienna. He was also the founder of the migratory Museum Robert Walser and of the Nano Museum. He is the author of HuO: Hans Ulrich Obrist: Interviews. Brett Steele is the Director of the AA.
