The lecture will introduce a new collaborative platform for design provocations, and contextualise its mission and approach within a new chapter of the visionary project. Founded by M. Fedorchenko, L. Perri and A. Vaxelaire, Plakat is a curated outlet for urban visions and architectural provocations that responds to two main problems: first, recent turns that problematize former relations between autonomy and engagement, utopia and reality, criticality and pragmatism; and second, lack of common formats and graphic languages to share and multiply future urban concepts, diagrams and forms. Our aim is to filter, condense, stream and augment individual positions towards larger on the city – starting with our current 9 post-dialectic urban themes.
*During the event, we would also be able to announce the current calls for submissions and collaborators (and sum up the results of the Open Workshop on that day).
