Jan and Tim Edler are the founders of the Berlin-based studio realities:united, whose founding principles are related to the earlier practice at [kunstund technik] - an experimental network of designers, architects and artists, founded in 1996. The team deals comprehensively with the staging of cultural events and the designing of material and information spaces, including research for the development of new technologies and progressive working methods. Current projects include strategic design work for the integration of media and communication technology for the Kunsthaus Graz; the new Paul Klee museum in Bern; and a research project on prototypical video communication for the Bauhaus-Dessau.NB: Audio buzz throughout lecture.
