Jeff Kipnis, critic, curator, theorist of contemporary architecture, discusses his work as a designer. Concentrating on notions of emergent sensibility and liquid space - as exemplified in schools, swarms, flocks - Kipnis illustrates his lecture with his own recent projects including a shelving system that utilizes the school of fish effect and a large scale urban project for Bangkok.
