The Professional Practice Part 3 Course runs twice a year. The Autumn Course takes place across two weeks in September and the Spring Course takes place across three months from January to March.
Please note that we do not accept candidates on the Graduate Route Visa.
See below for upcoming course dates:
To apply for this course, you will need to provide copies of your RIBA/ARB Part 1 and/or RIBA/ARB Part 2 Certificates. A CV and copy of your passport are required, as well as visa information and medical evidence, if applicable.
The building contract game is a two-day revision workshop. The game involves teams working together to devise strategies to overcome contract issues and practical problems during project negotiations. See the Part 3 Programme Guide for more detail.
This is an optional in-person workshop, but it is highly recommended as an addition to the course.
The course and exam registration is separate so that applicants can take the exams when they feel ready. We generally recommend registering to sit the exam six months to one year after attending the course. See below for upcoming exam dates:
The course fee for both the Autumn and Spring Course is
£2500 + £60 AA Membership Fee
(including £300 deposit to secure your place)
