Today the Lecture Hall, Library and Gallery sit among robotic arms, digital prototyping equipment, extensive research archives, audio-visual facilities, workshops, studio spaces and the AA bar, all of which connect with the workshop, fabrication areas and accommodation at Hooke Park. These resources are constantly evolving to reflect the requirements of the highest quality of contemporary architectural education, and the constant interaction between these varied components of the school embodies the intimate and interdisciplinary atmosphere that permeates all of the activities of the AA.
The Print Centre manages all printing services, material goods and basic binding services for the AA. It is equipped with high quality printers capable of printing from A4 to A0 on a range of paper weights and mediums from matte, satin, gloss and trace. The Print Centre also offers a large format scanning service and Xerox laser printers which can produce A4 and A3 booklets, as well as high volume printing for projects, presentations and dissertations.
The Print Centre sells all essential items for school projects. A range of paper types, model-making tools and materials, and standard artist materials are available for purchase.
Access
The Print Centre works on a first-come-first-served basis, for all your printing needs and for the purchase of essential stationery from the Print Centre shop. Please bring your files on a USB-A stick to be printed.
