
The Wellbeing Service Team supports our full-time registered students to look after their mental, emotional and psychological health, offering practical tools and therapeutic support to help manage stress, build resilience and thrive while studying. These include one-to-one coaching in the form of Study Support Sessions, a twice-weekly drop-in clinic, mental health support and advice, and short-term psychological therapy, as well as a series of Wellbeing Podcasts that address commonly faced concerns among AA students.
Alongside the Wellbeing Service, the AA has also partnered with TalkCampus, a safe peer-led community to connect with students around the world and get or give instant support. This is your space to share ups and downs, anytime of day or night. It’s free to use and anonymous.
