A pavilion, which was originally built and designed at Hooke Park by AA Diploma Unit 20, has been selected as part of the 2024 Festival des Cabanes which will take place at the Villa Medici in Rome.

The pavilion will be rebuilt by Diploma 20 students in collaboration with K_Alma and Fercam Echolabs, two wood workshop charities, who are providing the team with timber, tools and scrap material for the pavilion cladding. The pavilion’s construction will take place between the 29 April – 5 May and the opening of the festival is on the 22 May.
