The major Singaporean practice of Architects Team 3 was founded in 1967 by Lim Chin See, Lim Chong Keat and Inche Baharuddin Abu Kassim. This was a successor to the Malayan Architects Co-Partnership, which Lim Chong Keat had co-founded with Chan Voon Fee and AA alumni, William Lim, in 1960.
