As part of his four-month residency, AA alumnus Chris Zhontian Yuan will open his first solo exhibition in the UK at V.O Curations, London, on Friday 8 July.

The exhibition will feature a new film, drawing and a series of ceramic works. Through this work Yuan will explore the tenderness and cruelty of migration.

The mark the opening of the exhibition, there will be a conversation between Yuan, composer Joe Namy and art historian/curator Xin Wang, moderated by Natalia Grabowka on Friday 8 July from 6.30–8pm. Register to attend.
