AA Groundlab in collaboration with Common Wealth have launched a vision for a Green New Deal in Glasgow, which will be the home of COP26 in 2021. This vision is part of an interactive remodelling of the city project, where Common Wealth and AA Groundlab are visualising a transformative space that puts people and the climate first in a context where Covid-19 is changing our towns and cities.
‘One of the barriers to achieving change is that too often it sounds too abstract and impossible to imagine. As such, this project does not seek to provide a comprehensive policy roadmap; rather, it seeks to stimulate discussion and generate policy ideas through providing images around what transformative change could look like in practice.’
