Congratulations to all the AA students who have been awarded travel prizes this academic year. Recipients of these awards were announced in our end-of-year virtual celebration, which can be viewed online here.
The AAF Travel Award, which was established in 1881 to enable students to travel and otherwise improve their knowledge of architecture, was awarded this year to Thomas Andrew Faulkner from Diploma 12.
The Alexander Memorial Travel Prize, established in the name of former AA Secretary H J W Alexander to enable students to travel abroad to study architecture, was awarded to Hui Fen Deborah Wong from Diploma 2.
The Jane Chu Travel Award, set up by AA alumna Margaret Chow to honour her mother and enable students to travel, was awarded to Iseult Campbell-Lange from First Year.
The Mike Davies Travel Award, for the benefit of a student to fund their travel, was awarded to Oscar Ssu-Kuo Lo from Experimental 9.
The Peter Sabara Travel Award, which was set up to honour the pursuits and endeavours to which Sabara was committed by enabling students to fulfil their passion for travel and learning, was awarded to Yanling He from Experimental 6.
