During Graduation 2022 the five annual AA travel prizes were awarded to students, allowing them to enhance their learning through funded travel. Congratulations to all recipients from this academic year.
The AA Travel Award, which was established in 1881 to enable students to travel and otherwise improve their knowledge of architecture, was awarded this year to Yifei Wang from Experimental 16.
The Alexander Memorial Travel Prize, established in the name of former AA Secretary H J W Alexander to enable students to travel abroad to study architecture, was awarded to Jiangge (Connie) Zhao from First Year.
The Jane Chu Travel Award, set up by AA alumna Margaret Chow to honour her mother and enable students to travel, was awarded to Laure Segur from Experimental 17.
The Mike Davies Travel Award, for the benefit of a student to fund their travel, was awarded to Tugra Agrikli from Experimental 11.
The Peter Sabara Travel Award, which was set up to honour the pursuits and endeavours to which Sabara was committed by enabling students to fulfil their passion for travel and learning, was awarded to Kathleen Gagnier from Experimental 6.
