AA tutor Francesco Zuddas (Intermediate 1 Tutor and History and Theory Tutor), and AA students William Jean Thomas Litré (Intermediate 7) Agnese Pazzi (Intermediate 7) and Ayushi Sen (Intermediate 4) will present at the London Conference in Critical Thought that will be held at the University of Greenwich on 28–29 June.
The group will take their shared experience in a AA History and Theory Course from Term 2 of this academic year as a point of departure for their presentation. They plan to replicate the course’s format as a montage of original and referenced texts from inside and outside architectural discourse, and perform them live. A series of reflections on the status of being students and teachers, and what constitutes a classroom experience will form the core of the presentation, which is part of a session titled Convivial Spaces: Forms and Figures of Encounter in Writing and Architecture. The conference will be chaired by Marko Jobst, Caroline Rabourdin and Katarina Stenke.
