AA Emergent Technology and Design Studio Master Milad Showkatbakhsh has been published in the Buildings Journal with AA alumnus Dr Mohammed Makki, now a Senior Lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney.

The paper, titled Multi-Objective Optimisation of Urban Form: A Framework for Selecting the Optimal Solution, outlines the complexities associated with the design of urban tissues and posits and solution through the utility of population-based optimisation algorithms.
