AA tutors, Nuria Álvarez Lombardero and Francisco González de Canales, from Experimental 8 have lectured in the University of Granada, ETSA Granada, and the University of Malaga, ETSA Malaga, in Spain about their work at the Seville-London based office Canales-Lombardero. Both lectures were focused on their "new formalism" agenda which is currently developed both through their AA unit briefs and their office work. "New formalism" seeks new approaches on form, with the premise of conceiving form as a system of relations between individuals and their use of space.
