El Alto AA Visiting School Programme Heads and co-founders of the design and research platform Lemonot, Sabrina Morreale AADipl 2016 and Lorenzo Perri AADipl(Hons) 2016 present Marble Salad’, the first of three interventions that have been developed throughout a month in a Masseria in the middle of the countryside in Puglia, Italy.

The project reuses marble waste from various refineries in neighbouring villages composing a 4x4m platform in the field which will be encircled by vegetables in a year's time.

The concept of time has been fundamental for such work, which will evolve in the years to come. The three installations are made thanks to the collaborations of old crafters and it works in dialogue with the landscape. The context allowed you to be immersed in nature which dictated not only the timing of the project but also defined the materials to use.
