AA Alumnus Adam Nathaniel Furman has created new chairs inspired by the body, exploring colour and queer aesthetics. The chairs play with ideas of intimacy and minimalism with a tongue-in-cheek tone. Furman describes them as "jubilant and adorable celebrations of the human body".

Furman co-directed the AA’s Saturated Space research group, which explored colour in architectural design, leading to a symposium at the AA, which is available to watch.
