Koemoro Soeloeh is recorded as one of two Indonesian students funded by the British Council to attend the 1960-61 postgraduate course run by the Architectural Association Department of Tropical Architecture, in London. Soeloeh appears to have returned to Indonesia almost immediately after graduating is listed as a ‘foreign correspondent’ for the Philippine Architecture and Building Journal in 1961. Ten years later he was noted as working for the Regional Housing Centre in Bandung.
