Mr C.P. Higgins is recorded as a British student enrolled on the 1961-62 postgraduate course run by the Architectural Association Department of Tropical Studies. He was funded by the UK War Office, based at Chessington, presumably his employer. Higgins attended the course on a ‘lectures only’ basis, meaning that he was not entitled to receive a Certificate in Tropical Studies. Details of his earlier education and subsequent career are not yet known to us.
