Josefa Pla Cuello is recorded as a student from Venezuela enrolled on the 1967-68 postgraduate ‘Housing’ course run by the Architectural Association’s (AA) Department of Development and Tropical Studies, in London. She successfully completed her studies and was awarded the AA Diploma in Tropical Studies in December 1968, however, details of her earlier education and subsequent career are not yet known to us.
