AA tutor and alum Daryan Knoblauch has been selected to lead a workshop at the 2025 Porto Academy among six other architectural practices. Knoblauch has worked within the Spanish context for the last two years; winning the competition for the Free Air Pavilion for the Mies van der Rohe Foundation in 2023 and producing the winning proposal for the ten-year infrastructural urban redevelopment for Concéntrico, which kicked off in 2024 with the construction of the Megaphone Pavilion. Daryan will be joining the Porto Visiting School entitled Visiting Barcelona taking place from 14–21 July 2025.
