Arya Arabshahi, Love Di Marco and Tobias Hentzer Dausgaard founded the collective ‘Critical Practice’ whilst studying together at the AA and have been awarded Future Architecture fellowships for their work. Their interdisciplinary architectural project seeks to explore new modes of architectural practice by transforming the relationship between architects and clients and raising awareness of social and environmental crises. Their project is centred around three key themes: rethinking clients, forms of alliance and affording risk. They organised a series of talks at the AA discussing these ideas, which are available to watch.
Future Architecture is a pan-European consortium that brings together architects, galleries, museums, publishers and curators. ‘Critical Practice’ will be presenting their work at the Creative Exchange conference in Ljubljana on the 12 February.
