Rogerio Antonio Dorsa Garcia is recorded as a Brazilian student enrolled on the 1966-67 postgraduate ‘Educational Building’ course run by the Architectural Association’s (AA) Department of Development and Tropical Studies, in London. He successfully completed his studies and graduated in July 1967 with a postgraduate Certificate in Tropical Studies. Details of his early education and subsequent career are not yet known to us beyond the fact that by 1969 he was back in Brazil, living in Sao Paulo and that he was a participant in the first Sao Paulo Architecture Biennale, in 1973.
