Hussein Mohamed Radi is recorded as an Egyptian student at the Architectural Association, London, in 1970-71, where he enrolled in the postgraduate Department of Development and Tropical Studies. According to the Student Register, Radi joined Hartmut Schmetzer’s course, and eventually, he was awarded a Diploma in Urban Development Planning. Not much is known about his subsequent career. The AA Membership List from 1979 indicates that he may have been in Cairo, Egypt that year.
