Sabrina Morreale, a tutor on the AA Foundation Course and head of the Visiting School El Alto, will present academic research and a range of projects conducted by Lemonot at the forthcoming Scali Urbani 2021 event on 30 September 2021. Lemonot is an architecture and performative arts practice cofounded by Morreale with Lorenzo Perri as a platform for spatial and relational practices. The Scali Urbani 2021 event is organised by Rebel Architette, co-curators of the Italian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale 2021 titled Detoxing Architecture from Inequalities: A Plural Act. The event will be streamed live online from Italy on 30 September, and Morreale’s presentation will address the relationship between architecture and resilience from a broad and trans-disciplinary perspective, through the assessment of participatory practices and by questioning the role of the architect in different territories and situations.
