Navarro Garduno is recorded as a Mexican student enrolled in 1963 on the inaugural year of the ‘Educational Building’ course run by the Architectural Association’s Department of Tropical Studies, in London. Little has been found regarding his architectural career but it appears that his Tierra Y Libertad secondary school, in Mexico, was published widely in the architectural press in 1963. An architect of his name is also recorded as working within the studio of the Mexican modernist Enrique del Moral Dominguez.
