Mila Ruiz Hizon is recorded as a Filipino student enrolled on the 1963-64 postgraduate course run by the Architectural Association's (AA), Department of Tropical Studies, in London. A photograph of her receiving her AA graduation Certificate from Professor Richie Calder was published in the AA Journal of June 1964. She appears to have returned to the Philippines after graduating and by 1969 was living in Manila. However, details of her subsequent career are not known to us.
