Peter Lavin is recorded as a British student, enrolled on the 1965-66 ‘General Course’ run by the Architectural Association’s Department of Tropical Studies, in London. He successfully graduated with a Diploma in Tropical Studies in July 1966 but details of his earlier education and subsequent career are not yet known to us, beyond the fact that he was living at an address in Hampshire, UK, in 1969. An architect with the same name is known to have worked for Portsmouth City Council prior to his death in 2019.
