Abdul F. Khan is recorded as a Pakistani student enrolled on the 1964-65 postgraduate course run by the Architectural Association’s Department of Tropical Studies, in London. Khan was registered on the Department’s ‘General Course’ and was awarded the AA Diploma in Tropical Studies in March 1965. Details of his earlier education and his subsequent career are not yet known to us.
