Not much is known about Sega. Their name is not recorded on the main student listing for the Department of Development and Tropical Studies. According to the Student Register, they were of Venezuelan nationality and likely participated in the seminar led by Hartmut Schmetzer during the academic year 1970-1971. Their subsequent career is unknown.
