Constanța Voicu, is recorded as a Romanian student at the Architectural Association, London, in 1970-71, where she enrolled in the postgraduate Department of Development and Tropical Studies. It is uncertain as to the exact courses taken. Still, according to the Student Register, she attended the AA to pursue a Diploma in Urban Development Planning. Little is known regarding her career, but it is probable that she returned to the Socialist Republic of Romania (now Romania), as suggested by the AA Membership List from 1979.
