Manuel Narciso Afable is recorded as a Filipino student enrolled in the 1959-1960 postgraduate course at the Architectural Association’s Department of Tropical Architecture. An architecture graduate from the University of Manila, Afable appears to have returned to the Philippines soon after completing his course at the AA. Details of his subsequent life and career are not yet known to us.
