Enrique Milla-Ochoa is recorded as a Peruvian student enrolled on the 1965-66 ‘Educational Building’ course run by the Architectural Association’s (AA) Department of Tropical Studies, in London. He appears to have successfully completed the course but details of his subsequent career are not yet known to us.
