Kotaeba Khalil is recorded as an Iraqi student enrolled on the 1964-65 postgraduate course run by the Architectural Association’s Department of Tropical Studies, in London. Khalil was registered on the Department’s ‘General Course’ but details of his earlier education and his subsequent career are not known to us, beyond the fact that he was registered at an address in the Al Dawoodi district of Baghdad from at least 1969 until at least 1974.
