Filippino student, E.S. San Juan, is recorded as enrolling in the Architectural Association’s Department of Tropical Architecture (DTA) post-graduate course in 1957-58. Following graduation from the DTA course, San Juan returned to the Philippines and is noted in the 1961 AA Membership Register as working for the Architect’s Division of the Bureau of Public Works, in Manila.
