James Sing Key is recorded as a South African student enrolled at the Architectural Association, London, studying on the post graduate course within the Department of Tropical Architecture. He had previously studied architecture at the University of Cape Town, taking his RIBA qualifying exam in 1960. After graduating from the AA, it appears Key returned to South Africa, and his address in 1965 being given as in Port Elizabeth (now Gqeberha). Details of his subsequent career are not yet known to us.
